A dynamic global marketing and branding event for VFC was curated in London, immersing teams in the city’s vibrant creativity and cultural energy. This unforgettable experience brought together Vans and VFC teams for their annual global meet-up, celebrating innovative collaborations, top-tier talent, and the latest trends, all set against the iconic backdrop of London.

Key highlights of this production role included Kyra’s inspirational talk on a global creator economy platform, bridging TikTok creators and brands and sparking fresh insights for the future of brand marketing. Exclusive Screen prints designed by Fergus Purcell were crafted for the event, adding a unique artistic touch. Partnerships with British brands, such as Rough Trade, introduced thoughtful gifting to all global attendees, providing guests with valuable, one-of-a-kind souvenirs to take away.

The event featured an immersive live-to-vinyl experience at Metropolis Studios, where guests toured the iconic space, observed the vinyl mastering process, and engaged in an intimate Q&A with London’s homegrown talent. The experience culminated with a vintage red bus ride, capturing the essence of London culture. Other notable visits included Vans’ flagship store and The Great Frog, a renowned 50-year-old jewellery workshop celebrated for its reputable heritage and craftsmanship.

Throughout the event, all aspects of creative production and event management were meticulously handled, from talent sourcing and contract negotiation to designing branding assets and curating the itinerary. The result was a seamless, high-impact experience, praised as one of the top two global VFC events.

With a strong foundation in project management, creative production, talent negotiation, and immersive experiences, this event showcased a deep understanding of brand strategy, luxury branding, retail marketing, and B2B experiences.
